Learn how to consciously control and move your breath to promote relaxation, alleviate stress, enhance mental clarity, and cultivate overall well-being through various breathing techniques.

The positive effects of a regular breathwork practice are well-documented and well-studied. 

 

Our breathwork sessions are provided by James Lockley, a breathwork coach with over 20 years of experience.

Yin Yoga ​

Dive into this slow-paced, meditative practice to target the deep connective tissues in your body.

 

Practicing yin yoga has been known to increase flexibility, release tension, and facilitate mindfulness through long-held, passive poses.

Improve your energy flow at home with Paula Drakeford, a yin yoga teacher with over 15 years of experience. No yoga experience is required.

​

 

Private Yin Yoga sessions: £45 ph Includes free 15-minute consultation and recommendations.

Nutritionist 

Seeing a nutritionist for burnout offers numerous benefits. They can pinpoint dietary factors influencing stress levels, recommending foods rich in stress-reducing nutrients like magnesium and omega-3 fatty acids.

 

Crafting personalized dietary plans, promotes balanced nutrition, enhancing energy, mood, and sleep quality.

 

Integrating a nutritionist into your burnout recovery journey equips you with valuable tools to optimize physical health and resilience against stress.

How Coaching Works

01.

Discovery Call

​

To start, we'll meet over video chat to clarify your coaching goals and prioritise your needs. I'll use this time to explain the coaching process , and give you the opportunity to ask any questions you have. By the end of this call, you'll know if burnout recovery coaching is right for you.

​

At this stage if you've opted to work with a wellness practitioner, we will also arrange an initial consultation.

 Coaching Sessions​

​

Once we’ve mapped out your plan, we’ll meet via Zoom (e.g.) on a weekly or biweekly basis to engage in meaningful conversations, work on reflective exercises, and develop practical strategies to facilitate your personal growth.

Adapting as You Grow

​

As we make progress, we’ll regularly reflect on your journey, celebrate your achievements, and make necessary adjustments to ensure your newfound insights become an integral part of your daily life.

04.

Settling Into New Territory

 

As our coaching nears its conclusion, we’ll review your journey and explore strategies to help you independently build upon your progress. Many clients discover that coaching becomes a catalyst for continuous growth and transformation.
