How Coaching Works

Drawing the Map

To start, we’ll work together to clarify, prioritise, and narrow down your goals. We’ll dig deep to discover what truly matters to you and identify the areas in your life where you seek growth, fulfillment, and strategies for transformation.

At this stage if you've opted to work with a wellness practitioner, we will also arrange an initial consultation

Stepping on the Path

Once we’ve mapped out your plan, we’ll meet via Zoom on a weekly or biweekly basis to engage in meaningful conversations, work on reflective exercises, and develop practical strategies to facilitate your personal growth.

Reflecting on the Journey so Far

As we make progress, we’ll regularly reflect on your journey, celebrate your achievements, and make necessary adjustments to ensure your newfound insights become an integral part of your daily life, creating lasting and sustainable change.

04.

Settling Into New Territory

 

As our coaching journey nears its conclusion, we’ll review your accomplishments, celebrate your personal growth, and explore strategies to help you independently build upon your progress. Many clients discover that coaching becomes a catalyst for continuous growth and transformation.
