Yin Yoga 

Yin Yoga with its slow-paced poses, encourages relaxation and deep breathing, activating the parasympathetic nervous system. This promotes stress reduction by lowering cortisol levels and fostering a calm, mindful state. The prolonged holds in yin yoga also enhance flexibility, releasing physical tension and further contributing to stress relief.

Breathing Meditation

Breathwork Sessions

The underlying philosophy of breathwork is that intentionally changing the way you breathe can directly affect your autonomic nervous system: deactivating the sympathetic nervous system (SNS) responsible for the fight-or-flight reaction and activating the parasympathetic nervous system (PNS) associated with the rest-and-digest, calm response.
